Jenny provides leadership and organization to the IEOR Department, specifically in the areas of academic affairs, financial operations, alumni and employer relations, professional development, executive education, and human resources. She liaises and consults with various University offices and agencies.
Prior to joining Columbia, Jenny served as a senior consultant in Deloitte Consulting. Jenny also worked at D. E. Shaw & Co. as a technology consultant.
Jenny is an alumna of Columbia University; she earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Master of International Affairs, and Master of Arts in Higher and Postsecondary Education. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership. Her research interests include adult cognitive development, adult learning, and college student development.
